Thanks for your reply.
As it stands now, the Vercel Agent (the AI assistant) is pretty much useless. The only other venue available to the public is the ‘Talk to our sales team’ entry point, which is not what many of us would need - the support team assistance.

Vercel Agent can help you open a support case if it’s not able to solve your issue on it’s own
Unfortunately, the Vercel Agent cannot do that. I tried different options without success.
I believe I tried another venue to get the case created, but all attempts failed.
Even the ‘New Case’ action button is available here:

does not do anything, it redirects back to the useless Vercel Agent landing page:

If you’re willing to share it here, the community may be able to give you a solution. Otherwise, you need to use Vercel Agent to open a case for an eligible issue.

Thanks for another follow-up.
As stated before, the Vercel Agent doesn’t work. I tried multiple times.
It might not matter anymore. If this (customer service) framework is the Vercel reality, we will switch to Cloud Run and the Cloudflare platform(s).
Lesson learnt.
Not every issue is eligible to open an individual support case on the Hobby plan. Many issues can be solved with community support if you share what’s going wrong. But I understand if you prefer to use a different service. Note that Cloudflare’s Free tier also relies primarily on community support rather than direct, one-on-one tickets (don’t want you to be surprised by that).
