How to manage multiple Vercel accounts and commercial v0 usage

Hey everyone,

I have two questions and would really appreciate some clarity before I accidentally violate any ToS.

Multiple Vercel accounts

I am currently using one account for personal projects and would like to use a separate one for a business (a GmbH). Is it permitted to have two accounts under Vercel’s Terms of Service? I want to avoid any risk of getting banned.

v0 usage guidelines

I have been using v0 heavily for UI development. Are there any specific guidelines or limits I should be aware of? For example:

  • Is it allowed to use v0-generated code in commercial or SaaS products?
  • Are there prompt volume or fair-use limits?
  • Is there anything that could trigger an account suspension?

I could not find a dedicated v0 policy page, so if someone could point me to the right docs that would be super helpful.

There are many users who have a Team “work” account and also use a personal (none work related) account.
The code you generate is yours to use.
