I recently developed a skills https://www.skills.sh/ahaomar/un-editorial-check/un-editorial-check. But during development a test case file commit which create a warring on Socket

Now how can i request to re-index so skills.sh side rescan my repo and remove this security warring.

Also want to know what is the current process for next even something happends again so how we can request for reindex.
