How to turn off these stupid email notifications?

I am receiving these email spam notifications from vercel constantly.

I cannot find a way to unsubscribe it. If I press that change notifications setting link, it takes me to

If I go to settings, I can’t find anything relation to notifications.

And in the list in following images, it doesn’t say anywhere “disable marketing notifications”.

And the worst bit is, I can’t contact vercel to complain about it. They want me to buy a subscription first.

Can you guys help please?

THis indeed sounds like a bug and I agree it should allow you to unsubscribe. Let me check internally and get back to you.

Thank you for your patience. Could you tell us when this email has came in your mailbox? We recently revamped our email flow and it should allow you to unsubscribe.

Thanks for your reply. The first one came at 11-10-2024 2:32pm (UK BST). 2nd one came at 13-10-2024 2:32pm (UK BST).

It’s still not letting me unsubscribe.

Out of interest (because someone else asked in another thread), does this solution work for you?

It does not have an unsubscribe link. I have shown the email screenshot in the first post and I have attached it here again

It has a link called “Click here to manage your personal notification settings”. But clicking it takes me to the same rabbit hole I mentioned in the first post.

The Communications Center Link you have mentioned in the other thread works. It’s a shame they don’t have that link inside the marketing emails anymore.
