My account’s usage has been paused due to one of my sites growing much faster than I expected and not having the infra to migrate it (and not having the money to upgrade to Pro). I have moved that one website off of Vercel, and the rest have very minimal usage.
Is there a way I can unpause the account now that it should be care under the threshold again?
If your account is paused for exceeding Hobby limits, you need to wait until usage in the rolling 30 day window falls back below the limit. Please request that your account be un-paused at vercel.com/help when usage is within Hobby included usage metrics.
If your account is paused for other violations of Vercel’s Fair Use Guidelines or Terms of Service, you can use the account recovery and appeals form for assistance.
