I can’t use account recovery and cant sign up or sign in because verification using SMS is required

Hi I’m moving to a new account (my work account) and I am unable to log in to my Vercel account. When I try to sign in or sign up (using email/password, GitHub, or Google), I am prompted for SMS verification. However, SMS verification is not supported for my country, so I cannot receive the code.

Even when I tried using the "account recovery" using this link: https://vercel.com/accountrecovery I got this response: " We had an issue processing your appeal. Try again later. "
