I have 14 USD in my account but when I write new prompt it says me your are out of credit.

It looks like you are on the v0 Free plan. The $14 credits must be on-demand credits purchased while you were on a paid plan. If so, then these on-demand credits can only be used on a Paid plan, which means you need to upgrade to use them.
Same thing happened to me. I had $30 left and it told me I needed more credits.

I see you’ve a v0 Team plan and a Free plan. Is the error message coming on the v0 Free plan or the Team? Please share more details on this so I can help you better.
it was on my team plan. And i was not out of credits. This was yesterday when there were several issues. First time I loaded up, second time I ignored. I am by no means credit empty before I loaded up. But yesterday was a mess overall, as v0 was not working large parts of the day.
Okay. Are you still facing the issue? Can you share a screenshot from your billing page?
