I understand. Can you check the Billing and Usage and see if it matches your usage?
If so, it may be possible that you used the largest model, which is the most expensive, for your work.

I do not recall opting in for the usage based billing and 20$ has gone out of my bank account for the pro plan? So why should I care about which model took how many credits?

I’m facing the same issue. I have purchased last month I havnt faced this type of issue. with in hours after purchase it showing to buy credits.
Since everyone is now on usage-based pricing, you can check v0.dev/chat/settings/billing to see all usage events and see your current credit balance. Please share a screenshot if something there doesn’t look right
I have the same problem with my account. When I look at my card, it says the payment has been received, but the Vercel website says the payment has not been received. I guess the artificial intelligence service provider can’t even solve its own problems. The tailor can’t mend his own clothes.
