I paid for a vercel pro plan, but I’m still marked as hobby. I opened a support ticket, but no one has gotten back to me.
What do I do?
Hey @brandon-8350. Most of us have limited visibility into payment and invoice details. Opening a billing support case at Help was the right thing to do. The support team will help you with this as quickly as possible
I’m checking into this now to see if there’s anything I can do to get it solved more quickly. Thanks for your patience ![]()
