I requested credits but the admin does not see the request anywhere

Like the title says. I requested the credits and even shared the screen with my admin to locate where they come but we were unable to see them nor accept anything. Can you help me?

Can you share a screenshot of how you’re requesting credits? I want to make sure I’m looking at the right workflow

How do you request credits? I submitted a support request a couple of weeks ago and it’s been completely ignored.
