Hi! I’m trying to import a Figma file into V0.dev, but it always imports as a .png image instead of reading the layers (figma archive).
I have both V0 Premium and Figma Professional. Is this feature currently working?
The Figma import feature in v0 currently imports designs as PNG images, not as editable Figma files. This is the expected behavior - v0 analyzes the visual design from the PNG and generates corresponding React components based on what it sees.
