I am writing to inquire about the possibility of a refund for a recently purchased AI tool subscription.
I am currently a university student, and at the time of purchase, I was informed that the cost would be covered by a university-affiliated business support program for development purposes. Based on this understanding, I proceeded with the purchase.
However, due to an internal miscommunication and administrative error, I have since been notified that the funding cannot be provided, and I am now required to cover the full cost personally. Unfortunately, as a student, I do not have the financial capacity to continue using the tool under these circumstances.
Given this situation, I would like to kindly ask whether a refund is possible according to your policy. I have not used any credits yet.
