Insufficient Funds error on Seedance 2.0 via AI Gateway

I am unable to generate a video using seedance 2.0 in the AI Gateway section. It displays Insufficient funds and required $10. I have $14 worth of funds in vercel ai gateway

It’s unclear whether i need to be a Vercel Pro User in order to utalize AI Gateway and Seedance within the gateway. It only states i need $10 worth of credits which i have
