I'm actually creating three websites. Though have created two out of the three so the first two for user and corporation but I want to create for admin as well. So my question is how am I going to incorporate or integrate these three projects together and I'll be able to develop them all or update them separately

If I'm understanding correctly, you'd want to set up something like what is detailed in this guide: https://vercel.com/guides/how-can-i-serve-multiple-projects-under-a-single-domain
Let us know how you get on!
