I'm experiencing intermittent connectivity issues with my Next.js application hosted on Vercel.

Location: Bangladesh

Problem:

• The website generally works properly over Wi-Fi.
• On mobile data, it sometimes opens normally but other times fails with ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT.
• Other services, including YouTube and Facebook, work normally on the same connection.
• The problem has been observed across multiple mobile networks.
• Changing Android Private DNS to dns.google has previously restored access.
• The issue is intermittent, rather than a permanent outage.

The production deployment reports a successful build. However, users sometimes cannot reach the website at all.

Could you please investigate:

1. DNS resolution and connectivity from Bangladesh mobile networks.
2. TCP port 443 reachability and potential Vercel Edge IP routing issues.
3. Whether some Vercel Edge addresses are intermittently unreachable from Bangladesh.
4. Any recommended permanent solution that does not require users to change their DNS settings.

I can provide additional network diagnostics when I have access to an affected mobile connection.
