We are experiencing intermittent connectivity issues with Vercel Blob Storage assets.

Issue details:
-
The problem started on May 12.
-
Yesterday the issue lasted around 2 hours and then started working again automatically.
-
Today the issue started happening again around 30 minutes ago.
-
The issue affects all images stored in our Blob storage, not only specific files.
-
The browser error is:
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
What we already checked:
-
Blob files exist correctly in the storage.
-
Blob store is configured as Public.
-
BLOB_READ_WRITE_TOKEN is correctly configured.
-
The issue happens across multiple devices and networks.
-
Tested from laptop and mobile phone.
-
Tested using different ISPs/networks.
-
Some of our visitors/users are also reporting the same issue.
-
We are accessing from Spain (Madrid region).
Additional observations:
-
Since the issue is intermittent and affects all Blob assets globally for us, this does not appear to be related to a specific file upload or application-side configuration.
-
It looks more like a regional connectivity/routing/infrastructure issue affecting access to Vercel Blob Storage endpoints from Spain/Europe.
Could you please investigate whether there are any networking, CDN, routing, or infrastructure issues affecting Blob Storage accessibility in Europe/Spain?
Thank you.
