I’m having a frustrating issue with a domain purchased directly through Vercel and could use some advice or staff escalation if possible.
The domain was working perfectly when I first set it up, but it suddenly dropped offline. In my project dashboard, it shows “Invalid Configuration”. When checking the master Domains panel, the Nameservers status is stuck on “Pending” and the Vercel CDN is “Active”.
Has anyone dealt with a serverHold on a native Vercel domain registration before? How long does it typically take for the backend team or registry partners to review and clear these security/compliance holds?
