I created a subdomain in my hostinger hPanel and added the provided Vercel DNS CNAME records into it. But vercel keeps saying ‘Invalid configuration’.
Not sure what’s going wrong.

The domain troubleshooting guide can help with most custom domain configuration issues. You might be able to use that guide to solve it before a human is available to help you. Then you can come back here and share the answer for bonus points.
You can also use v0 to narrow down the possibilities.
My subdomain e2e.vertex11plus.co.uk
@swarnava Can you please help me with this?
The required CNAME record is missing - dnschecker.org/#CNAME/e2e.vertex11plus.co.uk
It’ll show valid configuration after you add the record and it propagates across the globe
@amyegan I have a bit of knowledge on that part. I wouldnt have asked for help if worked properly as designed. But the problem is this isn’t working even after adding them into my Hostinger DNS records for my subdomain e2e.vertex11plus.co.uk. I added the details from Vercel DNS CNAME on 2nd May 2025.
The domain currently uses Hostinger nameservers, which means you need to log in to your Hostinger account to add the DNS record - dnschecker.org/#NS/vertex11plus.co.uk
If you prefer to control DNS records for this domain from your Vercel dashboard, then you can switch to Vercel nameservers from your Hostinger account
I hope that makes sense!
I have already added it but seems like a problem at the Hostinger side. Now it’s propagating DNS Checker - DNS Check Propagation Tool. Vercel detects it now. Thanks.
