I’ve seen a few similar posts lately, so you’re definitely not alone. In my experience, lag usually shows up once projects get pretty large (for me, around 80+ prompts in a chat). You might find it helpful to check the handbook and compare your approach with others. While some folks do run into lag, plenty are also finding a lot of success building.

I love v0, and have completed a couple large projects with it. It’s just been really hard to use the past couple of weeks. Also I’ve been spending lots of money on credits and it’s starting to feel like a cash grab, I can’t understand why the results have been so off lately.

After their forced switch to the agent model this was my experience. For the lag, I pretty much always had to branch at about 40 versions or it started freezing up, probably depends on the size of the project. But unless they roll back to the older version it’s close to unusable for me now.

The team recently pushed some changes, and I've heard from others that it's working more smoothly now. Is it still slow for you today?

I don’t think the agent mode is available anymore, or I can’t see anything regarding it on v0, I did get $100 for the agent in Vercel. Super excited to play with that

Yeah it been a hassle for sure, the conspiracy right now is just that. It seems like a cash grab at the moment, I’m running through credits. I am hopeful that things will get better soon.
