I would like to clarify whether my use case is allowed under the free Hobby plan.

I am developing a small private web application to replace my paper notebook and organize my daily work.

The application will help me track production tasks, materials, orders, and expenses.

Some important details:

• I will be the only user.
• The application will not be sold or monetized.
• No employees or customers will have access.
• I will use it to organize my work activities at a company.

My questions are:

1. Is this considered commercial use under Vercel’s terms, even though the application is private and generates no direct revenue?
2. Can I use the Hobby plan for this purpose, or is Pro required?
3. Can Vercel automatically upgrade my account to a paid plan or charge me without my explicit consent?

I would appreciate clarification from an official Vercel team member.
