Hello,

I have created a simple English vocabulary learning web app using AI and deployed it on Vercel's free Hobby plan.

The app itself is free to use, with no advertisements, payments, or paid features.

I am also writing a paid tutorial on note.com (approximately $3) explaining how beginners can build and deploy a similar app using ChatGPT, Codex, and Vercel.

I would like to link to the free demo app from this paid tutorial.

My questions are:

1. Is hosting this free demo app on the Hobby plan allowed, even though it is linked from a paid tutorial?
2. Would this situation be considered commercial use under Vercel's terms?
3. If the Hobby plan is not permitted, would I need a Pro plan?

I want to make sure I follow Vercel's terms correctly.

Thank you for your help!
