v0 Max is not available on the free plan. The free tier only includes access to v0 Mini, which is the basic version of v0.

Why its not on free plan now.? It was available before
You may be right actually - sorry! I assumed looking at my own free account because it seemed greyed out, only realised that you actually have to type something to submit a prompt.
