I’m having a problem with the message limits on my account. I currently have available credits, but the system prevents me from sending messages when I reach the limit (for example, 5/3 messages and it says I have no credits). At this point, the chat informs me that I have no more monthly credits—however, I have purchased credits.
The frustrating part is that I have credits, but I can’t use them because of this message limit. This seems unfair and technically incorrect. Since you’ve moved from a message-based limit system to a credit-based system, it doesn’t make sense that I’d be restricted if I still have credits remaining in my account.
If I have credits to use, I should be able to use them regardless of the changes made to the subscription model. Right now, I feel penalized by the new system, as I’m prevented from accessing something I’ve already paid for.
Could you please look into this issue and ensure that my credits are usable without being blocked by message limits? or that even with the daily message limits I can use my credits?
