Issue with Preview and Interaction Loss

Hi there,

I purchased a premium membership the 27/5/2025 and copied a chat from my personal account to continue working with it. However, the chat did not generate a preview as expected. I had to send an additional message just to trigger the preview, which used one of my paid messages.

Additionally, when I copied the file, I noticed that all the interactions were initially in place. But when I asked for an improvement, the interaction was removed, and I had to send yet another message to request that it be restored.

Overall, I had to spend two messages—one to trigger the preview and one to restore the interaction—due to what seem like technical issues. This was frustrating and felt unfair, especially since every message now deducts from my credit.

I’d appreciate it if you could look into this and consider crediting those messages back.
