Issue with v0 Referral Program: Missing $20 credits after referee subscription

I am writing to report an issue regarding the v0 “Invite & earn” referral program.

Here is the situation:

  1. I invited a new user using my unique referral link.

  2. The user successfully signed up, and we both received the initial $5 credits as expected.

  3. The invited user then upgraded to a paid subscription ($20/month plan).

According to the referral modal instructions (“When they subscribe, you both earn $20 credits”), we were supposed to receive an additional $20 in credits each. However, neither of us has received this $20 bonus after the subscription payment was processed.

Could you please investigate why the subscription credits were not triggered?

I am noticing a discrepancy with my referral rewards.

I recently referred a user who successfully signed up and later upgraded to the paid subscription ($20/mo). While the initial signup credits ($5) were applied correctly to both accounts, the subscription bonus ($20) failed to trigger.

The user has already been charged for the subscription, but neither of us received the promised credits.

Could you please check why the status didn’t update?
