Issues getting help from v0 support

Has anyone had issues getting help from v0 support?

I’ve been trying to contact support but haven’t received any assistance so far.

My project entered what appears to be a troubleshooting loop where v0 repeatedly attempted to fix the same deployment and configuration issues. It kept generating tasks, rebuilding files, and consuming credits without actually resolving the underlying problem.

The result was a large amount of credits being used while the project remained stuck in the same cycle. Instead of stopping and asking for intervention, it continued making changes and retrying fixes.

I’ve already reached out to support and requested that they review the project logs and credit usage, but I have not received any help yet.

Has anyone experienced something similar? If so, were you able to get the issue resolved or receive a credit adjustment?

I really like v0 and the platform overall, but this experience has been frustrating, especially when credits continue being consumed without meaningful progress.

Any advice or recommendations would be appreciated.
