Seriously, is it just me or has anyone else noticed that even if you fix it with AI from v0.dev it doesn’t work? It’s much more and much dumber even after the update
@jacobparis @anshumanb Today marks a week since I have not used the v0.dev premium plan. When will this problem be resolved? I have several projects on hold because of this.
Hi @gabrielsp680-gmailco, based on the original post, I’d request you to share a chat ID so we can debug why v0 is unable to fix the errors.
ID, what ID is this, you know, you have control of the accounts. I have already sent several and several messages to resolve this issue regarding the premium plan that I paid for, not just me, but several people. You are just messing with me. The damn premium plan that I paid for. I am not asking for anything, just that you release my premium plan, which is this account for which you sent me a credit of 10.50. As I pay and you cannot fix this, it has been a week and my premium plan has not yet been updated for me to use. I no longer have the patience to keep charging you for something that I am entitled to because I paid. The platform does not even give a refund and does not even resolve the damn error.
Look at the plan purchased and paid for, I’m going to use it and it keeps asking me to buy credit. I already bought the premium plan so I don’t have to buy this shitty credit, but you guys don’t solve this shit so I can use this shitty plan.
I’m tired of sending messages to you and you never solve my problem. It’s just that you’re waiting for someone to file a lawsuit against you. This is buying and not receiving.
Hi @gabrielsp680-gmailco, I see what you mean now. I was confused about the message earlier about the $10.50 credit we issued last week to fix our billing issue.
Now to answer your question, as per our pricing page, the $20/month premium plan gets you $20 worth of credits that you can use with v0. If you consume all the credits, you can either wait for the next billing cycle when the usage resets and you get your $20 worth of credits for that month, or you can do so by purchasing additional credits from the Billing page.
The usage also depends on which v0 model you use, for example, the large model will consume most credits and the small model will consume the least but can handle less complex task, the medium model sits in the middle in terms of performance and cost efficiency.
You can choose between these models to better optimize your usage and costs.
I hope this answers your question.
