Issues with Website Transfer from HostGator

Hi there,

I'm experiencing issues with my website transfer from HostGator to Vercel. After updating DNS records over 10 days ago, the website is accessible on some devices but shows "connection not private" errors on others. HostGator team confirms DNS propagation is complete. I've cleared the browser cache but the issue persists. I've also discovered that the website opens fine on certain networks but not others while using the same device. I tried DNS checkers and everything looks fine (sort of, it only fails in Manchester, UK for some reason)...

I'm sorry that you are facing this issue. I was able to open both links without any issues.

Can you provide more information like demographics and device/browsers for the users who are facing this issue?

Hey thanks for the reply, yea it works on some devices and not on others. I don't believe it is about the device/browsers, I believe it is a DNS propagation issue (despite it taking well over 10 days as I said) because even on the same device, it works on certain networks and not on others. I'm based in Ethiopia idk if that's helpful either. You can see the error it gives me when I visit the website in these screenshots .

I was able to access the website from multiple locations and devices without any issues, so the issue is hard to narrow down.

Can you try removing the custom domain and re-adding it to the project? This might help.
