Just after paying 20$ it says I ran out of credits

I had the premium monthly subscription and I paid 20$ in the 9th of June. But after sometime it started saying that I ran out of credits. I didn’t even used it. What is this? It’s been almost 2 days now I filed a case request, no reply and I posted it here and still no reply, What’s happening?

Same case , they have very poor support !!!

I really need to fix this they not answering I don’t know what to do, we just paying for a services, they treating us like they providing those for free, this is really unfair.

we all have that same problem , With Premium you can even load one code , and u are out of credit . This is a ripe off . Any way Good luck

Hi @lusiferxk, I’m sorry to hear that your experience has not been ideal with v0.

v0 comes with 3 models: small, medium, and large, each has it’s own advantage (less cost or better performance). You can adjust the usage by switching between models.

That being said if you have examples where you got charged for something you didn’t use, please share with us and we will surely look into it.
