Linear App integration failing

Linear app integration failing for 4 days now stuck on the CONNECTING popup. Strangely the Linear app sent an email confirming connection but that’s false it’s not connected in Linear either.

Hey @achris7. I want to make sure we’re talking about the same thing. I think this is about the Linear integration that turns comments into Linear issues. But please let me know if I misunderstood you.

Since Linear sent a confirmation email, this could be a sync issue between the that and your Vercel project. I have a few ideas for you to try:

  1. Clear your browser cache and cookies before trying again
  2. Try a different browser to make sure browser extensions aren’t interfering
  3. Make sure you’re logged in to the correct Linear workspace that you want to connect
  4. Disconnect existing connections from both Vercel and Linear sides before reconnecting and trying again

If none of these work, please share more details about the Vercel project you’re trying to connect and any error messages in the browser console or runtime logs

Getting a success email from Linear but nothing is showing in their dashboard. i’ve raised a ticket with them also.

Under Vercel Activity the log has these “You uninstalled Integration Linear”
