Locked out of account due to 2FA — no response to recovery request

Hi Vercel team,

I am locked out of my main Vercel account because it is asking for a 2FA authenticator code. I do not have access to the authenticator, passkey is not working, and I cannot locate recovery codes.

I submitted the account recovery form and also replied to registration@vercel.com with the requested verification details, but I have not received any update yet.
