Locked out of the Vercel account that owns my live project — GitHub login, can verify ownership

Hi all — hoping for a pointer, and if any Vercel staff sees this, a look at my case.

THE SITUATION
I’ve lost access to the Vercel account that owns my live production project
(serves drfolios.com, shown in deploy emails as “Haigreeva’s projects”).
The account was created via GitHub login: Hygrivakondury.

I still fully control that GitHub account — I can push commits, log into
github.com, everything. It’s only the Vercel side I’ve lost.

CURRENT IMPACT

  • Site still serves traffic, but I can’t deploy, can’t see env vars, logs,
    or team settings.
  • A recent push from the same Hygrivakondury GitHub account failed to deploy:
“Hygrivakondury attempted to deploy a commit to Haigreeva’s projects, but
they’re not a member of the team.”

WHAT I’VE TRIED

  • Logging into Vercel via “Continue with GitHub” (Hygrivakondury) — [fill in
the exact error you got, or “still locked out”]
  • Submitted the Account Recovery form [add case # once you have it]

I can verify ownership any way needed: GitHub account control (commit/gist on
demand), repo Hygrivakondury/ReputeDoc, custom domain drfolios.com, billing
details if any.

QUESTIONS FOR THE COMMUNITY

  1. Has anyone recovered access to a GitHub-linked Vercel account they were
locked out of, where they still control the GitHub side? Did re-auth via
GitHub work, or did it need support?
  2. Is there any self-service way to re-link my GitHub identity to the existing
account, or is the recovery form the only path?
  3. For anyone who went through recovery — how long did it take?

Thanks in advance. Happy to provide any verification immediately.
