Vercel is asking for an authentication app code, but I never set up 2FA and have no backup codes!!
You’ll need to ask support at vercel.com/help, we don’t have the power to access/verify account info here and help unlock an account
I have this problem and I’m being ignored when I use the routes you direct us to. where is the help on this? I can’t do my job!

Hey @dunlap. Sorry to hear you’re still having trouble with this. No one in this thread is able to change your account access settings. That power is limited to an account recovery team who you can reach through the Account Recovery form.
If you have an existing case and can give me the number, I’d be happy to check on the status for you

Got the support message, thanks! I am gathering all of the required details (account creation date, payment details etc) from my account owner. hopefully that will be enough to disable 2fa and reset it.
