Hi Vercel team,

I'm locked out of the Vercel account that owns my production project and I can't complete any of the standard sign-in methods to get back in.

Account details I can confirm (I still have a valid, active Vercel CLI token for this account):

• Custom domain on the project: one.insideelementos.com (I own this domain, insideelementos.com)

What I've tried, all unsuccessful:

1. "Continue with Apple" — creates/logs into a different Apple ID account, not this one.
2. "Continue with GitHub" (my GitHub account, which does share this email) — Vercel says "There is already an account associated with your GitHub email address. Please login with your email."
3. "Continue with Email" to k855r7ff52@privaterelay.appleid.com — a verification code is sent per the UI, but nothing ever arrives at the address (I confirmed the iCloud "Hide My Email" alias is active with the correct forward-to address, and even sent a plain test email to it from another account — that test email never arrived either, so the alias itself appears to not be forwarding on Apple's end, unrelated to Vercel).
4. "Continue with Google" (my Google Workspace account) — creates a new separate account instead of matching the existing one.

Since the underlying email alias isn't forwarding at all right now (confirmed independently of Vercel), I'm stuck and can't complete any email-based verification for this account.

Could someone from the team help verify me another way (e.g., against the connected custom domain, GitHub account, or CLI session) and help me regain access or reset the login method on the correct account?
