I run several sites on Vercel, and I was tired of clicking through each project's Analytics tab to see how they're all doing. So I built Lookout.

• One board with every project's visitors, page views and pages per visit, plus a sparkline for each
• Compare up to five projects on one chart
• Share a board with a client through a read-only link, without giving them a Vercel seat
• Alerts by email when a site's traffic spikes or drops
• A TV mode for an office screen
• An MCP server (npx lookout-mcp), so you can ask Claude or Cursor "which of my sites grew this week?"

You connect it with a Vercel token. You choose its scope and expiry, and Lookout stores it encrypted.
