I uploaded my website about 105 days ago but the chat and code have gone, the website is still there how do i backup the code or make changes if the chat is gone

Did you accidentally delete the v0 chat? You should be able to find it in your Archive, for example:
No it said chat full had to start a new chat and import old chat but the site files are not there
