Missing Vercel-registered domain (workshoptips.blog) returning REFUSED on Vercel nameservers

I purchased the domain workshoptips.blog through Vercel, and the registration remains active until January 16, 2027.

The domain is no longer showing up in my Vercel dashboard, and queries to ns1.vercel-dns.com and ns2.vercel-dns.com are returning REFUSED. Because the domain was registered through Vercel and points to Vercel nameservers, I am unable to configure DNS settings or use external TXT verification to claim it back into my team.

Could a team member please help locate the owning account/team or guide me on restoring domain management for workshoptips.blog?

The Vercel Agent suggested I post here for resolution

after looking at some other posts, it looks like other folks have had similar issues stemming from the deletion of an account (which is my situation as well) - I deleted a pro account that the domain must have been linked to that didn't transfer when i transferred the project. Here is some info about the domain:
