My account got paused after one of my projects get a lot of traffic and ended up exceeding the free tier usage limits.
So I closed that project and stop using this account. But now, after a long time, the usages are all zeroed and I’m still paused.
Is there a way to unpaused this without having to pay for a upgrade?

Hi Bruno, we don’t automatically unpause since sometimes users have a runaway function that consumes their monthly quota, which would start again automatically on unpause and immediately hit the limits again. So it requires a manual unblock
I’ve gone ahead and unblocked you so you should be good to go. If you’re still running that project, it’d be a good idea to look into what usage you maxed out as there’s probably some easy wins for optimizing it that will keep you under the limit even if you get high traffic again
