I had $+50 but now suddenly is all gone! I didnt used the platform for few weeks, so why the credit I bought is went zero? I need a quick support.
Hi @crysto, I’m sorry you are facing this issue. Do you remember the last time you used? And when was the last time you renewed your plan, if had any?
I think you are checking the v0 team account for which last payment was in October. So, yes this won’t be having any credits. Some (~$17) of your credits expired on November 5. You also have (~$36) of on-demand credits that you can use on an active subscription.
Did you not renew the plan on Nov 1?
