My website doesnt load on my country IP

My website was working perfectly well on my Nigerian ip. sherystore.com.ng but today it doesnt load on my Nigerian IP. sherystoreng.vercel.app works on my Nigerian ip but my domain doesnt work on NigeriAN IP. I already contacted my domain providers. They said I should reach out to my hosting providers to solve this. If I use vpn to access sherystorecom.ng it loads. But on my Nigerian Ip it doesnt load. Kindly help me fix this.
