Hello! I asked for help 2 weeks ago to get my project back with a recovery form, but still no response, and it's becoming very urgent. Basically i lost access to my wedding website project: the website is still on, but not connected to my account anymore. I think that's because i connected in a different way, so the workspace linked to my email adress has changed or smt. I can give any info needed, would very much appreciate help on this!
Hi Nathan. I found your case and I have a workaround that can get you back into your original account right away if you still have access to the original email account. Instead of signing in with GitHub, use the "continue with email" option and use the email address from that account (n**************n@p**********e.edu).
Please give that a try and let me know whether or not you're able to access the account 
It looks like the project is still on that account, but inaccessible because of deployment protection. You'll be able to access it again once you sign in to your old account!
Thanks a lot for the quick answer! After investigation, it appears i have definitely lost access to the previous email address (is was my old uni address). Is there another way to get access? Especially, i used to connect to this vercel account via github if i remember correctly, maybe merging the 2 accounts if possible?

Once you get back into the old account, you'll be able to change login settings and transfer projects to effectively merge accounts. I don't have all the details, but it looks like the support team may have sent a message a while back. If you have a message from them, please reply so they can continue with ownership verification
Either way, I'll check with the team about your case. I would have expected it to already be solved at this point given the pace they've been working at lately
