Need domain released from previous Vercel account

Hey everyone,

I want to connect my current Vercel project to my domain hannasconnect.co.ke but Vercel says that the domain is already connected to an account that I no longer have access to.

I control the domain and have full control of the registrar and DNS. I managed to transfer hannasconnect.com to my current Vercel account but the.co.ke domain is still blocked because it’s attached to the old Vercel account.

Is there any way to get the domain released from the previous account or can someone from the Vercel team assist me in removing the old association? If necessary I can provide proof of ownership of domain.

Unfortunately, no i wasn’t. It still shows linked to another vercel account. Pls help.
