Need Help Verifying Domain

Hello team,

I have a problem Verifying my domain while trying to add a new domain to my deployment.
I got a domain under clouDNS, they have provided me with a subdomain under *.cloud-ip.cc for clarity let’s assume my subdomain is blabla meaning i can modify entries like app.blabla.cloud-ip.cc etc..

I would expect that vercel will have me add the TXT entry _vercel.blabla.cloud-ip.cc to verify my DNS, however it currently asks me to verify my domain by adding an entry at _vercel.cloud-ip.cc which is clearly not an entry I can control.

This seems to be similar(or identical) to this previous topic:

and perhaps this topic as well:

However, I already verified that cloud-ip.cc is in the public suffix list, so it could possibly be an internal synchronization issue to the list?

Please help me resolve this issue.
Also, if this is a recurring issue, I would add it to the Troubleshooting domains page since it might save someone in the future some googling time.

Kind regards,
ginger123.

The domain troubleshooting guide can help with most custom domain configuration issues. You might be able to use that guide to solve it before a human is available to help you. Then you can come back here and share the answer for bonus points.

You can also use v0 to narrow down the possibilities.

Bumping since I didn’t get a response.
