It currently shows as the second result on Google, which I did not intend or authorize. I would like to either remove this page entirely or make it private/unlisted so that it’s no longer indexed or accessible publicly.

You can click the lock icon next to the title to instantly change the permissions for that chat – once you’ve set it to private, it will start to 404 for anyone outside of your account and google will see that and stop suggesting it
If you need a version to share with your team, you can then duplicate the chat and change permissions on a new one, but be careful as that one could get indexed as well if you publish the URL anywhere that a google crawler can find it
