I just joined a new company and have attempted to sign up and join their workspace with my new company email.
However, since I’m using the same github account as my existing personal Vercel account, when I attempt to connect the accounts (personal email + work email) - nothing happens. Still no access to the company workspace, despite having authenticated with the github account.
I’ve tried registering a new account instead under my new company email, but that blocks me at the phone verification step (because my phone number is tied to my existing personal account). But because the account was created, I can’t add my work email as verified and connected to the personal account because it now complains that there’s an existing account that needs to be deleted before it can be added as a secondary email.
To sum it up: I can’t connect my work email to my existing account, and I can’t register a new account due to the phone number constraint. I seem to be stuck in a no-man’s land of account registration. Please help as it’s blocking my ability to pass PR CI checks on Github!
