We’ve launched a new adapter directory for the Chat SDK, making it easier to find and use platform and state adapters from both Vercel and the community.
The directory includes three types of adapters:
- Official adapters: Maintained by the core Chat SDK team and published under
@chat-adapter/*. - Vendor-official adapters: Built and maintained by platform companies like Resend (for email), Beeper (for Matrix), and Photon (for iMessage).
- Community adapters: Built by developers like you, following the same model as AI SDK community providers.
We’re excited to see this ecosystem grow. If you’ve built something that connects a new platform to the Chat SDK, we encourage you to submit it to the directory so others can benefit from your work.
