The new update that has introduced the new design features, enabling you to select certain parts of your project and manually change them.
I love the idea, and was extremely exited to use it, until i found out it did not work at all.
First of all when you select components, you have the risk of accidentally pressing back space and removing something without knowing, and thats horrible, often causing me to revert to a late version and having to catch up on all the updates I have made, all which could be prevented by a simple modal dialog “Are you sure”.
Secondly, When you attempt to change something, it genuinely could be anything, for example the padding, when you type the value of the padding you would like, the value you type in ends up only registering the first digit of what you typed in; If i type in “24px” and click save, it ends up registering simply as “2” (the first digit of what i typed in) and its the complete same with typing in general, i could type in a hex code and it will only register the first character or digit i type in, the rest does not even register. Every single field is broken!!!
And to make it even worse, when you try to use the drop downs to select values, whatever you hover on with your cursor gets selected, which means you cant even scroll down the dropdown, or even hover your cursor above it without mistakenly selecting something WHICH YOU NEVER EVEN CLICKED.
Honestly you guys at v0 need to do a full revisit of the new design update and I mean it. Did you guys even test it to see if it works proeprly, or sis you just decide to simply create it and throw it out broken.
I love using v0, and I even got exited for the new design update, but damn it sucks…
Honestly revert back to the quick changes version, and do a full revisit.
I have tried uploading videos of it, but i cant seem to upload videos here, at least not in the file extension they are saved in.
