Love the look of the new file explorer…it seems to promise a lot of much needed improvements, but I can’t lock / unlock a file anymore, and the diff view highlights no changes. Unfortunately this totally renders v0 useless to me until fixed. How do I roll back?
The new file editor is almost unusable. On my macbook pro (m4), it takes like a solid 1-2s to load syntax highlighting for tsx. Hitting command+f to start an in-file search doesn’t work half the time. Hitting the three dots to get the extended menu on the top right corner only sometimes shows options.
I can confirm the lock/unlock is missing and I’ve passed this along to the v0 team
Yo! The vercel staff fixed it (both issues). Thank you! I’m now seeing diffs, and locks in the context menu.
@pawlean and @jacobparis appreciate you.

OK, the lock buttons are definitely working as intended, however the diff viewer is still having intermittent problems. For example, in my thread (linked below) I regenerated a new post and I’m not seeing the diffs.
One more update hah. I AM seeing the diff viewer but only after I do a hard refresh of the UI. So if I generate, I make some changes, I don’t see the diffs. Then if I do a SHIFT+Refresh of the browser, I see the diffs.
Just came here to follow up with the fix for lock/unlock in place, I see you’ve already noticed it
Thanks for digging into the diff issue I’ll get a repro for the v0 team there too
