Every production deployment comes back with readyState: BLOCKED immediately —
no errorMessage, no failed checks (checks: [] via the API), and zero build
events logged. The createdAt/buildingAt/ready timestamps are all identical,
meaning no build ever actually starts.
This happens both via a GitHub push AND via a deploy triggered directly from
the authenticated Vercel CLI under my own account — I'm the sole Owner of
this team, so it isn't a "committer isn't a team member" issue.
I deleted the earlier blocked deployments in case a stuck build was
occupying the single concurrent-build slot on Hobby, then tried a fresh
deploy — it was blocked instantly again too.
Only my very first deployment (when the project was created) ever succeeded.
Every deploy since has been blocked. The team/account was created today.
Billing status is active, no suspension flag on the team via the API, GitHub
is properly connected to my account as team Owner.
The Hobby-tier support AI agent routes every problem-area topic to a
paid-only ticket, so I can't open a support case directly — posting here in
case a Vercel team member can take a look or point me to next steps.
Happy to share the full deployment JSON or anything else that'd help debug.
