I built New Street Studios, a public demonstration of a small trading-card business whose work happens in one Slack channel. Four role-specific Fidelic workers design cards, prepare print files, build the storefront, host the channel, and hand work to one another. I open every session and approve what leaves the channel.
The page runs on Next.js 16 App Router, TypeScript, Tailwind v4, and Vercel. The broader site uses Sanity for structured editorial content. For this page, the important design choice was to show the actual work record instead of a polished animation. It includes five trimmed, verbatim Slack moments: a worker refusing a task outside its job, a missing print-production requirement, a human note turned into a standing rule, a direct worker-to-worker handoff, and a platform blocker left unresolved.
Nothing is for sale yet. The storefront is blocked on a Shopify theme-write permission. That limit is part of the demonstration, not hidden from it.
I would especially value feedback on whether the handoffs make sense without background on the underlying AI systems, and how the page reads on mobile.
